Elk Creek Township Historical Society Small Business and Craft Show

Event Details:

​

• Set Up Begins at 8:30 am. 
   

• The Show is Open from 10 am – 3 pm.  

Please plan to be set up and ready to go by 10 am and stay until 3 pm.

• Craft Show Participants are responsible for own set up and take down.  

Area must be clean and in good condition before leaving.  

Failure to leave your space in good condition will prevent participation in future events.
 

• We are accepting applications for 15 hand crafted items and 5 home businesses.

We do keep late applications on a "Will Call" list, in case of cancellation.

 

• To be included in advertising, please submit a copy of your logo, through email, by April 29th. ​

Fees and Payment: 

​

• If registered by April 29th:

$5 and one donated item to be used in a raffle at the end of the show

​

• If registered after April 29th:

$7 and one donated item to be used in a raffle at the end of the show

​

• Checks should be made payable to:

• Money collected from registration and raffle tickets will be used for Historical Society preservation efforts.  Any items not claimed within 30 days will be used in future Historical Society Raffles.
   

• You may include a business card or other paper advertisement with your raffle item. 
  Items should be a good representation of what you are selling at your table.

Set Up:

​

• Participants will be provided with a 10’ X 10’ space outside, weather permitting.
   

• There will be 10 indoor spaces available in the event of rain.  
  You MUST note on your registration form if you need an indoor space. 
  A note can be placed in the "Types of Products(s) Sold and Price Range" Field.
   

• Vendors must provide own table, chairs, and tarp (in the event of rain).  The Elk Creek Township Historical Society will not help with set up or clean up and is not able to provide tables or chairs.
